A series in six stages
Each stage of life has a different job. In your 20s it is building the base. In your 40s it is building reserve. After 60 it is keeping strength, balance and independence. After 80 it is protecting independence and acting early when something changes. At 100 it is another good day, on your own terms.
This series follows one life from birth to 100, written for Indian families. Each stage is a set of one-page guides you can send on WhatsApp or print, with the evidence listed claim by claim: Indian sources where they exist, WHO and international guidelines for the rest.
Five stages are ready. The sixth, from birth, is being written and will appear here when it is complete.
